A4)The maximum usage time for the treadmill TDA150 is 45mins at a time,after that cooling period of 20mins is required,post that the machine can be used again.
Q5)What is the maximum weight capacity of this treadmill?
A5)The maximum weight capacity is 110kgs,that means a person weighing 90kgs can use this machine,since 20kgs is taken the running weight.
Q6)How do i return the treadmill ?
A6)Sportsadda Team calls the customer 7 days prior to the tenure getting over to schedule for the pickup.
Q7)What if i wish to extend the rental period?
A7)You need to contact Sportsadda Customer care team to extend the rental period.Post which you'll be provided with the appropriate payment link.
Q8)What is the condition of the Treadmill?
A8)All our machines are in NEXT TO NEW Condition.
Q9)What if i like the product and wish to buy it?
A9)Sportsadda runs Rent-To-Own option,in which you can buy the product after your tenure ends.
Q10)What if i receive a defected product?
A10)All the products are quality checked before delivery,Though the person coming to install will give a demo of the machine.If the product is defected,it will be changed without any extra cost.
Q11)How do i Make the Payment?
A11)We generally have an Upfront Plan that needs to be paid at the time of Delivery(Online/COD/UPI)
Q12)What if i Reside on 2nd floor or above?
A12)In case the lift is not available and has to be taken by stairs,their will be a minimal labour charge to take it to your respective floor.
